Breaker Breaker has been the Eastside Beltline’s most anticipated restaurants this year! Cloverleaf Construction recently completed this Gulf-Coast inspired restaurant development with the demolition of the old Stein Steel and Supply Company. Using portions of the old steel plant, we created this 9,000 sq. ft. open-air restaurant that features a large yellow crane that sits above the entrance, the front a semi-truck, a door from one of the Stein Steel delivery vehicles, and a mural of a construction worked pull from another building on the property! Other incredible features include, warm wood paneling, soft blues, large windows that allow indoor/outdoor seating with a metal and translucent roof.
Scope of Work: Permitting, demolition value engineering, site work, infrastructure, utilities, ground up construction, equipment and fixture package.
