This student housing development brought 239 bedrooms and a full amenity clubhouse to Cullowhee, North Carolina at Western Carolina University. Our project also provided an additional 32 conventional multi-family bedrooms, Town Hall meeting space for the Town of Forest Hills, all totaling 33 buildings.
Scope of Work: CM at Risk; Planning, permitting, value engineering, site work, infrastructure, utilities, ground up construction, equipment and fixture package.
