The project consists of the renovation of an existing 100 year old concrete frame hotel building. The building was previously converted into an office space and a fair amount of demolition will be required. After completion, the renovation will return the century old building to its original use as a hotel with a restaurant, lounge, meeting & banquet facilities, and 27 guest rooms.
Scope of Work: Permitting, demolition, site work, infrastructure, framing, utilities, new elevator, MEP's.
