Wade's Fine Eatery and Good Time Emporium is one of the newest additions to the local restraurant community of Smyrn, GA. The CloverLeaf Group was excited to participate in the project as the general contractor and construction manager for this construction project which was completed in early 2017. Feel free to pop in if you're in the area for lunch or dinner. It's a great atmosphere all year around.
Scope of Work: Permitting, demolition, site work, infrastructure, ground-up construction including framing, MEP's, masonry, interior finishes and landscaping.
